You may need to soft reset your phone if it doesn't appear in Programs. The download link will also be sent to your email address.

If you want to make a VOIP call, click on this line, and will change to "Selected", if you have selected "whenever available"it will default to "Selected".
* If you have Touchflo you will need to disable it temporarily so you can see the "voip2air: available" line, see how, below.

Trouble Shooting tips

If your phone doesn't register or you cannot get the phone to work please try the following:

- If your phone has TouchFlo you will not be able to see the VOIP line indicator by default. If this is the case please uncheck TouchFlo from Today menu, Settings, Today, Items. If you have selected "whenever available" you can switch TouchFlo back on as it will default to voip2air whenever the WiFi is on. See tuning section for "toggle" application.

- The power saving configuration may turn your phone off or into sleep mode after a configured amount of time. This will de-register your phone. We recommend setting the timeouts to a longer period or disabling them.

- The connection to your Wi-Fi network has a timeout period, this will de-register your phone once it has expired. This can be reset.

- On some phones you will need to hard reset to remove the Sip Config Tool or if you need to change the sip settings.

Tuning your device for better performance

- Remove auto power off feature from "Settings, power, advanced" as this will de-register your phone and you won't be able to receive calls.

- Adjust power mode in "Settings, Wireless LAN, Power Save Mode" to reduce power consumption.

- Voip2Air can provide you with a small apllication file that lets you toggle between TouchFlo and the default today screen so you can view the VOIP line status at the touch of a soft key.
